Shipping policy

Shipping Methods:

  • Overnight Shipping: The quickest option, delivering the product the next business day (if ordered by a certain cutoff time).

 Processing Time:

  • Confirm Order: Once your order has done, you will receive order confirm message an email and WhatsApp. Then confirm to prepare an order for shipment. 
  • Order Processing: This is the time it takes for the company to prepare an order for shipment. It typically ranges from 1–2 business days, but it can vary depending on stock levels, order volume, or product type.
  • Cutoff Time for Same-Day Shipping: If applicable, this is the latest time you can place an order for it to be shipped the same day (e.g., orders placed by 2:00 PM will ship out the same day).
  • Delays: Information on potential delays due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and WhatsApp with your tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website.
